La mostra mette in dialogo due artisti della stessa
generazione (Enrico Castellani, 1930- Gunther Uecker, 1930) che condividono una
medesima maniera di sentire il fare artistico, fin dalla partecipazione al
Gruppo Zero e dal comune impiego del chiodo: duro e puro per Uecker, celato
dietro una tela in tensione per Castellani. La schiettezza della Germania
contro la cerebralità milanese.

The
exhibition proposes a dialogue between two artists of the same generation (Enrico
Castellani, 1930- Gunther Uecker, 1930) who share the Zero Group experience and the same manner to “feel art”,
even by the employment of nails: hard and pure in Uecker, covered by a canvas
in Castellani. The German bluntness in face of the cerebral attitude of the
Italian.
