Decorative di Parigi la mostra Coucou
Bazar dall’omonima creatura che impegnò Jean Dubuffet fin dal 1973:
esattamente quarant’anni fa infatti l’artista francese iniziava la sua sperimentazione
al limite tra pittura, scultura e teatro. La mostra, oltre a ricostruire le
bizzarre messe in scena polimateriche, cura molto la documentazione del processo
creativo di questa pittura animata, nonché l’accoglienza riservatale da
pubblico e critica.

Yesterday the Musée d’Arts Decoratifs in Paris has inaugurated Coucou Bazar, an exhibition entirely
dedicated to the homonymous creations of Jean Dubuffet: the French artist
started to deal with the strange experiment in between painting, sculpture and theatre
forty years ago. The exhibition has an interesting section dedicated to
documents and it presents a detailed reconstruction of the creative process of
these animated paintings.
