L’abitazione in cui visse e lavorò Gustave Moreau venne aperta
al pubblico nel 1991. L’edificio si divide tra un primo piano in cui gli
ambienti incarnano il gusto borghese del tempo e gli altri due piani che l’artista
stesso fece costruire nel 1895 con delle altezze e una luminosità da vero
atelier.

The house where Gustave Moreau
lived and worked has been open to the public in 1991. The building is divided
between a first floor that embodies the middle-class taste of the time and
other two floors, built by the artist, which have the high and the lightness of
a real atelier.
