Venezia, Palazzo Zenobio
Una delle più interessanti mostre
collaterali della 56esima Biennale di Venezia è offerta dal padiglione Lituano,
ospitato nel giardino di Palazzo Zenobio (Dorsoduro, 2596) e interamente
affidato all’installazione di Dainius Liškevičius
(Kaunas, 1970). L’artista lituano riscrive la storia con profonda ironia mescolando
realtà e invenzione.
One of the most interesting collateral
exhibition of the 56th Venice Biennale is the Lithuanian Pavilion, hosted in
the garden of Palazzo Zenobio (Dorsoduro, 2596) and entirely consecrated to the
installation of Dainius Liškevičius (Kaunas, 1970). The Lithuanian artist
re-writes the history mixing reality and invention with great irony.
