Pubblico di seguito la mostra newyorchese di Rondinone (per altro nella stessa galleria che ospitò gli alberi) per evidenziare la coerenza di materiali e scelte allestitive: pittura alle pareti, luce diffusa, supporto in legno grezzo e scultura in alluminio “ingannevole”; se gli alberi infatti apparivano in gesso le teste newyorchesi sembrano plastilina.
I publish the New York exhibition by Rondinone (in the same gallery that has hosted also his trees) to underline the coherence in matter of materials and set up choices: painting on the wall, widespread light, raw wood basement, and sculptures in “illusory” aluminium; if the trees in fact seemed ad plaster these heads appear as plasticine.
