Il busto del martire roveretano è modellato a Roma nel 1935 e, dopo la patinatura, giunge a Rovereto in quello stesso Istituto che porta il suo nome. Limiti riesce a distaccarsi dallo stereotipo trentino del Filzi, ed evita infatti il pizzetto “alla Battisti”.
The bust, dedicated to the Rovereto’s marthyer, has been modelled in Rome in 1935 and, already patinated, it has been collocated in Rovereto, in the School that has been dedicated to his name. Limiti is able to detach it from the usual stereotype of the Trentino Filzi, and he avoids to presents him with the beard in the Cesare Battisti way.
