monumento celebra Leconte de Lisle, parnassiano nonché bibliotecario del vicino
Senato. Puech (1854-1942) modella una musa alata che regge tra le braccia il
busto del poeta.
Inaugurated in 1898, the monument celebrates Leconte de Lisle, Parnassian
poet and responsible of the Senat library. Puech (1854-1942) modelled a flying muse
keeping the bust of the poet.
